As there is no Residents Association on the Estate. With Decent Homes underway. With no dedicated housing officer more often than not. Robert Heath Heating are undertaking the Annual Gas Safety Check for the council. The Council has a statutory obligation to get every flat checked once a year to check everyones gas supply and appliances are safe.
This year if you allow the gas check to be done on the FIRST APPOINTMENT will be entered into a draw to win £100.00.
